Key Requirements & Compliance
Before any partnership is formalized, the district must ensure the safety and legality of the external organization. Mind Forge is committed to transparency and adherence to all provincial and school board policies.
Professional Oversight
Our therapeutic programs are developed and overseen by a Registered Psychotherapist (or equivalent regulated professional). All interventions adhere to clinical standards of practice.
Staff Screening
(VSCs)
All Mind Forge staff, facilitators, and volunteers working directly with students undergo current, official Vulnerable Sector Checks (VSCs) as required by Ontario legislation.
Insurance Coverage
Mind Forge maintains comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance (minimum $2 Million) and Professional Malpractice Insurance to cover all program activities conducted on school or partner property.
Confidentiality & Privacy
We adhere strictly to school board standards for student privacy and confidentiality, including appropriate data management policies for any student information handled.

Non-Affiliation
Mind Forge maintains political and religious neutrality, focusing solely on mental wellness and educational outcomes.
Formal Agreement
We require a signed Educational Partnership Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to clearly define program scope, duration, fee structure (subsidized/free), and roles, ensuring transparency and accountability for the Principal and Superintendent.
