Refund Policy
Thanks for supporting our programs! Here's how we handle refunds and cancellations.
Donations All donations are final and non-refundable. Because donations directly support our community programs and youth workshops, we're unable to issue refunds once a donation has been made. If a donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please reach out within 7 days and we'll review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Program & Workshop Fees For paid programs or workshops, refunds are available under the following conditions:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future program, at our discretion. Once a program has begun, fees are non-refundable, though we're happy to discuss credit options if exceptional circumstances apply (illness, family emergency, etc.).
Program Cancellations on Our End If we need to cancel a session or program due to low enrolment, facilitator availability, or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future program.
