Program and Space Requirements (Low Impact)
We are committed to operating with minimal disruption to your regular business hours and maximizing the efficiency of the space we rent.

When We Need Space: We primarily request tables during quiet, off-peak hours (e.g., late afternoon or weekday evenings).

What We Need: A private, or semi-private, area with reliable lighting and seating for 1-2 tables, sufficient for groups of 4–6 individuals each.

What We Bring: Our facilitators bring all necessary specialized materials, including therapeutic resources, whiteboards, and custom game accessories.

Our Clientele: Our clients are screened, focused on specific therapeutic goals, and come with a clear purpose, ensuring minimal noise or disruptive behavior.
Clear Financial Boundaries

To protect the business integrity of both Mind Forge (a not-for-profit) and your LGS (a For-Profit entity), we maintain strict financial separation.

We Pay Rent, Not Commissions: Our agreement is a clear Business-to-Business (B2B) Rental Agreement. We pay you the rental fee; we do not take a percentage of your sales, nor do we require you to donate space.

No Competition: Mind Forge staff do not sell retail products (dice, paint, miniatures, etc.). We actively direct our participants to your store's counter for all retail purchases. We are not competitors; we are organized traffic drivers.

Financial Transparency: Our not-for-profit status ensures our finances are publicly audited and accountable, guaranteeing we are a stable, reliable, long-term partner.
